Yoga for Digestion & Sound Bath
Friday November 13, 2026 2:00pm - 3:00pm CST
Unwind and restore your body with this nurturing practice designed to support digestive health and promote deep relaxation after lunch. This session begins with a gentle, breath-centered yoga flow that includes soothing twists, supported folds, and mindful movement to stimulate the digestive system and ease tension in the belly and lower back. After the yoga sequence, settle into stillness with a deeply calming sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments. Let the healing vibrations wash over you, helping to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and bring your body into a state of balance. This class is suitable for all levels and perfect for anyone looking to reset, restore, and reconnect with their inner calm. No experience necessary.

Ready, Reset + Perform
Friday November 13, 2026 3:15pm - 4:15pm CST
Athletes today are expected to perform under pressure, stay focused through distractions, and recover quickly from setbacks, often without being taught the skills to regulate stress and emotions along the way. This session offers teachers and coaches practical sports psychology tools grounded in science to help athletes build focus, resilience, and emotional control in both training and competition. Through breathwork, grounding techniques, and movement-based resets, participants will explore simple, effective strategies that can be integrated into warm-ups, practices, recovery, and high-pressure moments. A practical approach to helping athletes regulate, refocus, and perform at their best. Led by Candice Swee, RYT 500, Physical Education Teacher at Rock Bridge High School in Columbia, MO.
