Looking for new ways to engage your middle and high school students in mindful movement? This interactive session offers two parallel yoga experiences -- vinyasa flow for those ready to move through energizing sequences on the mat, and chair yoga for those who benefit from seated, low-impact movements. Participants can choose their preferred format, experiencing firsthand how both approaches can be used to support students across all ability levels. You'll leave with adaptable tools and techniques you can apply immediately in your classroom --whether you're working with students in general education, adapted PE settings, or unified PE programs. Come flow with us your own way!

In this session, we will talk about the benefits of Unified PE and how to become a Unified Partner School. We will also discuss methods of modifying several PE games.

Learn how to adapt sports for all abilities using simple tools like tables, pitching machines, switches, leaf blowers, and more. This session will demonstrate how easy modifications can make P.E. activities more inclusive and engaging for every student.

In this SHAPE America-endorsed session, meet with a SHAPE America National Adapted PE trainer as they share actionable items that you can use to incorporate best practices in APE in your gymnasium. You will leave this session with ideas you can use in your class right away, a deeper understanding of best practices in APE, and new resources to use when implementing the PE Standards in your general PE or APE classes. This session will be applicable to APE teachers, PE teachers, and to multiple models and settings for adapted PE instruction.
