USA Sport Stacking’s Sport Education Unit: A Project-Based Learning Experience

Get stacking in this workshop aimed at middle and high school PE teachers to learn about how sport stacking can help secondary school students increase coordination, focus and emotional intelligence. Participants will experience the Sport Stacking Sport Education Unit which uses this international and AAU Junior Olympic sport as a platform for improving skills like speed and agility while also integrating social emotional learning and exploring careers in sports and marketing.

Designed to engage campers both mentally and physically, this session encourages participants to improve their eye-hand coordination, enhance their math and reading abilities, and boost self-esteem. Campers will work individually and in teams to master stacking techniques, participate in friendly challenges, and experience the benefits of physical fitness.
